Did you know that good sleep is essential for great healthspan? Here are three tips to ensure a better nights sleep: 1. Establish a consistent sleep schedule. This helps to regulate your body clock, making it easier to fall aslepp and to wake up naturally. 2. Create a comfortable sleep environment. Ensure your room is quiet, dark and cool to promote better sleep quality. I love my blackout curtains and earplugs! 3. Avoid caffeine and alcohol in the hours leading up to bedtime. This disrupts your sleep cycle and may libit both deep sleep as well as REM sleep. Try to switch devices off at least 2 hours before sleep time to limit Blue light exposure. No more Netflix !
