"Knowing that you exist," was one message that resonated strongly with the universities, colleges and partners attending last week's Innov8GA's fall conference hosted at Mercer University That was the response from Trent Coggins, owner of Recoil Trampoline Park, LLC, when asked about lessons learned building his business. He shared how important it is to leverage small business services like those offered at University of Georgia Small Business Development Center. Innov8GA, a coalition of 15+ Georgia college and university entrepreneurship departments dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship and community building, held its semi-annual conference on October 20th. Together, the coalition works to support our Georgia’s young entrepreneurs with programming, mentorship, and events, led by faculty and staff, together with catalyst organizations in the ecosystem.
