🤔 Did you know that only 4.8% of young adults with a learning disability or autism known to their local authority are in employment? 👩🔬 Data from Mencap shows that 86% of people with a learning disability want to work. What stand's in their way? There are a number of factors but the biggest factor is the lack of understanding around their talents and capabilities!
