Are your customers your biggest fans? They can and should be. I just got back from a 10-day tour in Italy 🇮🇹. I know, not enough time, but that isn’t the point of this post. The tour company was top-notch all around! Everything you could think of was taken care of and even what you never would have thought. And what was really interesting was how everyone on the tour talked about the company. They raved about it 🙌. Many have taken other trips with this tour company. When you’d ask about something, a fellow traveler would say, of course that will be taken care of, it’s a tour with this tour company. When we saw the fancy hotels and ate the amazing meals, of course, it’s a tour with this company. The tour company wasn’t touting themselves, it was the travelers. Wow, to have that many people speak about your business in such a positive manner is really something special. It got me wondering if people speak about my business that way. Do they say, of course it will be perfect, it’s Long & Short of It. I can only hope🤞. While this isn’t an ad for the tour company, I know I’m going to get asked.
