Welcoming New Talent the TPD Way! At TPD, we believe that a strong start sets the foundation for success. That’s why our onboarding process is designed to fully immerse new team members into our culture and operations from day one. When we bring new hires on board, we do so in cohorts of 2 to 6 individuals, ensuring they have a support system right from the start. Over the course of two weeks, our new team members dive into an intensive training program that goes beyond just the basics. What can you expect during TPD onboarding? ✅ Comprehensive Training: New hires meet colleagues across all divisions, getting to know the people who make TPD thrive. ✅ Cultural Immersion: We dive deep into our mission, vision, and values, ensuring everyone understands and embodies what TPD stands for. ✅ The TPD Way: Our unique approach to recruiting is shared, along with insights into our sales funnel and marketing strategies. ✅ Tools & Tech Mastery: Hands-on training with our key HR tools, Bullhorn and BambooHR, to ensure our new team members are equipped to excel. This process not only ensures that our new hires are a great cultural fit but also prepares them to hit the ground running with a strong understanding of our processes and tools.
