We are excited to announce the second installment of our artist collaboration series under Tiffany Atrium with multidisciplinary artist Nina Chanel Abney. To celebrate this partnership, we hosted an intimate unveiling at our Chicago Michigan Avenue store to showcase the artist’s specially-commissioned piece, “Heart of Atrium.” An exclusive in-conversation panel with the artist and Stéphanie Oueda-Cruz, Tiffany & Co. Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, was moderated by Manilow Senior Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, Jamillah James. Tiffany & Co. celebrates love in all its forms and through this collaboration, the House continues to demonstrate its commitment to supporting underrepresented communities in the art and creative spaces. Known for his exceptional creativity, Jean Schlumberger ushered in an unprecedented chapter of jewelry design when he began his legendary collaboration with Tiffany in 1956. Considered one of the 20th century’s most gifted artists, Schlumberger had an uncanny ability to bring the world around him to life through surreal creations like this Tiffany Stars ring. One of Elsa Peretti’s most celebrated creations, the Bone cuff was inspired by the designer’s childhood memories of visiting a 17th century Capuchin church in Rome and later, the modernist architecture that surrounded her during time spent in Barcelona in the 1960s. “I always found these [bone] shapes very interesting,” said Peretti. “Then, when I arrived in Barcelona, there was Antoni Gaudí, the Sagrada familia, and they have the feeling for bones, and I found confirmation of the shapes I like.” #TiffanyAndCo #ElsaPeretti #HiroPhotographer Discover more: https://bit.ly/3XJ5Om4
