In today’s times, leadership matters more than ever. We are proud to serve as high level leaders in our firm and strive to make a positive impact each day! With that said, our journeys have not been easy. Some underestimate what we’ve gone through to get here. As Black leaders, several will tell you that we’ve worked twice as hard, waited twice as long, and have been overqualified for an opportunity, just for someone to say, we only got it because we’re Black. We also understand that failure is not an option because so many are depending on us to be a difference maker. No matter what comes our way, we walk in confidence, knowing that true leaders will always rise to the occasion, and make the difference that is needed to get the job done! #LeadershipMatters!
