💰 When founding Fairway Sustainability Partners, one of my guiding principles was to put my money where my mouth is in terms of how I conduct my business. Therefore, I have committed to vegetarian food only when on business trips or when entertaining clients. 🥗 Holy Greens is one of my favourite “go to” places for a healthy and tasty lunch.
