Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to celebrate Team Member Appreciation Week here at The Morrow Hotel. It was a week filled with gratitude, recognition, and heartfelt appreciation for the amazing individuals who embody the spirit of excellence and collaboration that defines our team. From team lunches to wellness activities with many surprises in between, every moment was a testament to the dedication and hard work that each member of our team brings to the table every single day. Whether through goal setting, exceptional guest service, or simply lifting each other up during challenging times, our team consistently demonstrates what it means to work together towards a common mission. Highlights of the week included an omelette station, R&B yoga, Taco Tuesday and a family luncheon. These moments not only reinforced our bonds as a team but also reminded us of the importance of acknowledging and celebrating each other’s contributions.
