This is insane: I took a break year after I finished my doctorate, but nevertheless even then I still applied for job placement per accreted specialty (ies) & with conferring (per my knowledge) extenuation into bouncing back. Yet, no HRs considered to give me a shot for even a temp. or 'rookie' (a term becoming very populated lately) vacancy, while I still gain new skills and get richer and more knowledgeable with self-training every single day. The term break year is usually referred to as a gap year by the occupational specialists (do a bing/google search for 'break year', e.g. https://lnkd.in/dG75vxM6), but these never get to recognize any of these achievements I've accumulated.
Now I'm patching up multiple (for various jobs, if any at all - as prior noted) simplified job portrait overlay (s) (e.g., www ivanstefanov.com/ wp-uploads/2023/09/CV.html), which I guarantee that shouldn't be hasted in interpreting, because I can say for certainty from my perspective, with my willingness and desire to begin a job, that the one giving me an opportunity will increase their company's capacity and get added value in every aspect from the amazing work I promise that I will do if they and whoever hires me.
Today also I got the good news of getting recognized in the face of Microsoft by their Christina Thoresen (Director, Education Industry Team, WW Education), Sonja Delafosse (Director, Education Empowerment Programs, WW Education) plus Kailee Parker (Program Manager, WW Education) experts as an MIE expert, now officially.
