How Samolet Plus Global works: our team and processes #HIRING
I have already mentioned how much you need to take into account in order to launch a business in a new market. In order not to lose sight of anything, you need a clear and thoughtful team structure.
At Samolet Plus Global we have several main departments:
Research and launches
Samolet Plus has just started entering international markets, that is why it is crucial to conduct a thorough research before launching our product abroad.
Project office
Project managers help at the launch stage with legal, tax and other issues. They also manage communication between the departments.
Distribution
My colleagues are responsible for the processes that are already running. They are directly engaged in business development in a new market and onboarding new partners.
Product and development
So far, these two units make up one department as Samolet Plus Global does not have a large structure. But as we grow, we will divide this department into two separate blocks.
We already see the urge to open several more departments: a backup office, a quality control unit and etc. And we are also in need of local teams on the ground.
