As the daughter of a breast cancer survivor who underwent genetic testing, seeing the results of those tests being used as sample populations for MR analyses and as data included in training models for developing machine learning algorithms makes me so hopeful for the future of AI research and the impact it will have on determining bio-indicators for a disease that effects so many of our loved ones. #bioinformatics #healthAI

This is my WHY. I lost my parents and too many friends to #cancer. Teamed up with my brother. Being scientists we knew that we do more and do it faster by #individualizing treatment based on tumor #RNA profiling. We have come a long way since this video was created. We validated our #OneRNA platform in #breast and #ovarian cancer first - #women's cancer is not high mutation frequency and is often driven by other mechanisms including #hormones.
