STB has launched a Concept and Price Revenue Tender to develop and operate a wellness attraction at the Marina South Coastal site. 🧘♀️ The tender for the 4-hectare site marks a huge stride towards Singapore’s ambition of becoming a leading Urban Wellness destination. With more travellers prioritising wellness as an integral part of their travel plans, there is a rising demand for restorative and wellness-related experiences. STB is seizing this opportunity by working with like-minded organisations to create innovative wellness activities that enhance the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of both international visitors and locals. Singapore’s unique blend of lush green spaces and modern urban landscapes offers an unparalleled setting for those seeking to connect with nature while enjoying bustling city life. We invite wellness concept owners to join us in creating a landmark attraction that will further establish Singapore as a leading destination for wellness tourism. STB together with Kingsmen Creatives Ltd and their industry partners, participated in a "Steel Topping Out" ceremony, a significant construction milestone for the Singapore Pavilion at the World Expo 2025: Osaka, Kansai, Japan. Convening people from around the world to share innovations and find solutions for global challenges, the Expo will take place in Yumeshima, Osaka, Japan from 13 Apr to 13 Oct 2025. We are proud to be part of this momentous event to showcase Singapore enterprises and talents on the global stage. Along with displays of Singapore's food, culture and arts, the Pavilion will further increase visitors' interest in Singapore as a top-of-mind travel destination.
