I subscribe to quite a few e-commerce brands because I love automating my life, like laundry tablets from smol , period products from Here We Flo, and deodorant from AKT London. They're all lovely independent companies that try hard to make the experience special. But I've noticed that a lot of brands seem to take their long-term subscribers for granted - the subscription rolls on month after month but customers aren't rewarded for their loyalty. It seems like a missed opportunity to pop a bit of custom merch in with a subscription box, for example, or offer the chance to sample a new product first. A little goes a long way, surely, in making customers feel like their loyalty is noticed and appreciated? Are there any other brands that do this really well? #subscriptionbusiness #branding
