New Book Comprehensively Summarizes the State of the Art in Ion Exchange Many analytes differ by their net charge or charge based domains making #HPLC IEX separations quite effective. This is the case for the cell and gene therapy #CGT industry. IEX is becoming increasingly powerful as a tool for titer, encapsidation, encapsulation, and integrity. Each day, analytical development labs are learning more on how to wield this tool. Herein, two Waters Corporation scientists, Mateusz Imiołek and Szabolcs Fekete, contributed to Professor Pavel Nesterenko and Colin Poole et al's newest book on the subject "Ion Exchange Chromatography and Related Techniques". Their chapter is number 13: “Method development for large molecule IEX separations”. The book is impressively comprehensive! There are 29 chapters in total! Congratulations to all the contributors, who range from Professors Michael Bartlett of The University of Georgia to Anurag Rathore of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
