In the 50th year of my life, I committed to myself that I’ll do everyday workout and set myself a goal of completing 5K run as many times as I can. I’m now targeting for 10K and believe that I’ll achieve it by mid of July. It's mostly self-determination and I do want to acknowledge my wife for changing my food habits completely! I now make healthy choices while eating and have come a long way. I feel more energetic, productive at work and happy within! Fitness is an addiction and I want to encourage all my friends and colleagues to do a 30-min workout everyday. #fitness #consistency #eating #running
