Exciting news from VReMT Company's 2023 Supplier Partner Conference in Hangzhou! Schaeffler Special Machinery has been honored with the “Excellent Delivery Assurance Award“ for its product quality and delivery capability for smart production solutions. In 2023, our Schaeffler Special Machinery China team successfully delivered several new production lines for e-mobility products. Despite the tight schedule and high project complexity, the project team focused on customer needs, worked closely with customers, overcame various challenges, and successfully completed the assembly and delivery of the production lines. This series of intelligent production systems has not only followed the principles of lean production, flexible manufacturing and scalable design, but has also brought significant technological advances: -In particular, the force control module is seamlessly integrated into the robot to allow flexible assembly of the motor and gearbox. -The introduction of innovative positioning technology solves the industry's problems related to positioning errors and product scratches throughout the production line. -The innovative floating mechanism ensures the stability and reliability of press-fit and hot press-fit operations. -In addition, the design of high-performance test benches enables stable and high-quality test results that significantly improve production efficiency and product quality. In recent years, as Schaeffler Special Machinery, we have continuously expanded our footprint for smart production solutions.
