When I went to check on one of our recent orders, it had already been loaded into the van when I saw this... Yes, we want our products to be protected and clean but there must be a better way that to wrap them in plastic! I was gutted to see that plastic packaging had been used by our upholstery partner, but this is where we step in to help educate our partners and suppliers and provide creative solutions. The first thing we did when we got to site was to unwrap the packaging carefully so that we can return it to the upholsterer for re-use, as they might as well keep using our returned packaging while we work on a better long-term solution.
