Thoughts for today #LinkedInGlobal 1st day of global opportunity.. Can you see me in the mist of life where the wind blows wildly and the silence and sorrow is often unheard? The beauty around us is absent in a world of greed. The most vulnerable communities suffer a plight. We need to grow planetary seeds. Life is a gift to build a fair deal share and care for humanity's bond. The Sustainable Development Goals 2030… Do we have the courage to see it through? To make a start and continue a life of inclusion and diversity. We need to dig deep by standing tall by saying, I see you individually, let no one fall. No poverty, zero hunger, and good health and well-being are great pledges to start. Leading by example is skill and art. Quality Education, Gender Equality, Clean Water and Sanitation across all walks of life deserve these basic rights. Affordable and Clean Energy, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure are important factors we must aspire towards to give equality to all. Life is more than our own outside view. Adjusting the lens to see the truth. Reduced Inequalities, Sustainable Cities and Communities, Responsible Consumption and Production, Climate Action. We own them all. No one else is responsible for the mess we make. It should not be left to future generations’ fate. Then, of course, we can’t forget life below water, life on land, because this is what supports human life, because it comes hand in hand. And finally, the ones that create and build the rest. Peace, Justice, and Strong Positive Institutions and Partnerships for the UN Goals. Imagine the world. Fully inclusive actions, not words, create this challenge to make it so. Can you see me help you? The trees that provide the air you breathe and the wealth of nature across the planet give you plenty to start your own humanity’s seed. The growth to muster a more developed cluster of all human cultural engagement across everyone’s short and immeasurable life. Written by Carol Harte (c) #sdgs2030 #inclusivecare

🌟 Honoring Women & Girls in Science: Leaders of Sustainable Progress 🌟 Today, on the 9th International Day of Women & Girls in Science, we celebrate the remarkable contributions of women and girls to scientific innovation and progress. As agents of change, they play a pivotal role in accelerating our journey towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 16 and 17, fostering a new era of sustainability and peace. This year's theme, "Women and Girls in Science Leadership, a New Era for Sustainability," alongside the subtheme, "Think Science... Think Peace," resonates deeply with the transformative power of women's leadership in shaping a brighter, more sustainable future. Women and girls in science are not just contributors but catalysts for change. Their diverse perspectives, resilience, and ingenuity drive innovation and inspire others to break barriers. By empowering them with resources, mentorship, and opportunities, we unlock their full potential to lead us towards a more sustainable and equitable world. Leadership knows no gender, yet women are often underrepresented in leadership roles within scientific fields. It's time to change this narrative. By nurturing a culture of inclusivity and providing pathways for advancement, we can cultivate a new generation of science leaders who champion sustainability and peace, driving positive change on a global scale. Collaboration is key to achieving the SDGs. Women and girls in science excel at forging partnerships, leveraging their networks and expertise to address complex challenges. By working together across borders and disciplines, we amplify the impact of our efforts, accelerating progress towards a future where sustainability and peace go hand in hand. Thinking Science, Thinking Peace: Science has the power to transcend boundaries and foster understanding. By promoting scientific diplomacy and dialogue, women and girls in science promote peace and cooperation on a global scale. Through their advocacy and research, they champion a vision of a world where science is synonymous with peace, prosperity, and progress. Together, let's think science, think peace, and pave the way toward a brighter future for all. #WomenInSTEM #GirlsInScience #Sustainability #Peace #Leadership #SDGs #InternationalDayofWomenandGirlsinScience #SDG16 #SDG17

MOVE THE WORLD is contributing towards #Agenda2030 by involving students and the communities. We have students work on projects on how they would want to see the world CHANGE. Through this we have come to realize that, most students, unlike before, are being friendly to each-other irrespective of their race, religion, sex, gender and background. Achieving the sustainable development goals requires collective effort. Let's empower communities, protect the planet, and create a better future for all. #Agenda2030 #SustainableDevelopment #Change #PlayBasedLearning #MoveTheWorld #MidWeek
