Here's what I've come to realize. Professionally speaking - We do well with our manners. We do well with stewarding what we have to share, when there's something in it for us. We almost always pull ourselves up by the bootstraps, or pull each other together for a mission field battle. Big picture view, we're doing alright being kind and loving and engaging beings. But. (There is a but.) Intimate circles and professional relationships have shifted from encouragement, praise and gratitude to hardworking brainstorming and tactical sessions, supplemented with safe circles for "getting real" for a moment. What if we chose to use a different tone, a different mindset, a different perspective? What if we graciously and gracefully pour out kindness, gratitude, joy and hope in our engagements with others? When we see the good in someone, acknowledge it. Don't wait. Don't think the thought but never tell them. If you don't, who will? Dare I say no one? I won't let the negativity speak over the positivity. #bettertogether #ittakesavillage #gratitude
