📢 Exciting Opportunity in Construction Management! We're seeking a talented professional with: -8 years of experience in Construction Management, ideally with a focus on Commercial/Public Facilities and Educational Facility Construction. -A BS/BA in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related fields (or equivalent experience). -Active DSA Class 1 Inspector Certification. -Knowledge of DSA construction/design processes. -1 year of experience supervising/inspecting engineering construction. -Proficiency in reading complex blueprints and using Microsoft Office/web-based program management software. Preferred Qualifications: -Experience with BIM and LEED/CHPS certified projects. -Background in public higher education capital improvement programs. -Familiarity with alternative delivery methods. -Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential.
