And that’s a wrap on ProcureCon Supply Chain 2024! Below are a couple of the expert discussions from Day 2 to close out a successful first event ✔ With the expertise of Ermias Hailu, CPSM, Jacqueline Ranke, Black Belt, Ryan Bradford, MBA, CPSM, and moderator Doug Keeley, attendees explored strategies to foster collaboration across departments, aligning goals and building trust to position procurement as a strategic partner in creating a seamless supply chain. Emily Bajenski, Pamela B., Jonathan Townsley, Adam Jarboe, and Sy H. also discussed how to strengthen supplier relationships through transparency, mutual agreements, and strategic initiatives, enhancing procurement success and minimizing disruptions.
