As we enter the second half of the year, I am proud to highlight that New Balance’s commitment to teamwork has delivered strong results through the first half of 2023. Our ability to work collaboratively – with agility and an entrepreneurial spirit – enabled us to achieve record-breaking growth in 2022, and we are on track for another tremendous year. I firmly believe our success is the result of our commitment to our unique values-led culture and to creating positive change in our local communities around the world. We continue to see incredible momentum across every area of our business around the globe as we focus on executing our strategic plans and delivering world-class customer service. Our distinctive product mix and innovative marketing campaigns are engaging consumers worldwide with solid traffic across our retail locations and direct-to-consumer sites. Our share of the U.S. athletic footwear market grew by 50% in June, versus last year, according to Circana’s retail tracking data, and we are driving similar gains in key markets globally. This spring we broke ground on our $65 million factory expansion in Skowhegan, Maine, and began running second shifts at our Methuen and Lawrence, Mass., factories to help us meet the significant consumer demand for our U.S. MADE footwear. New Balance MADE footwear that is produced in the U.S. contains a domestic value of 70% or more and makes up a limited portion of New Balance’s U.S. sales. We will continue to invest in our MADE operations in the U.S. and the U.K. as well as across our entire global value chain to ensure a best-in-class supply network. We also entered the American football space with Klutch Athletics and athlete Chase Young, adding to our exciting roster of exceptional athletes including baseball standout Shohei Ohtani and football star Bukayo Saka, and delivered a pinnacle brand experience for runners at April’s TCS London Marathon, one of the largest annual charity fundraising events in the world. In the months ahead, as we continue to monitor evolving global economic and supply chain pressures, we will stay focused on driving innovation and executional excellence across the organization and leading with our values.  Thank you to our global associates for an incredible first half of 2023 – your dedication to working together will allow us to achieve our ambitious business goals as OneNB! 📷: Rob Jones

It's Showtime Joe!!!! I wish I was the Ambassador - I LOVE NB!!! ambassador

I think this is unfortunate that you talk about all of the success that NB has experienced in the past year and how committed you are the the average consumer yet my son Chris Vidal had reached out to you numerous times asking you to allow his small mom & pop skate shop (Upper West Skates) to feature your products in his store. Where is the commitment to minority small business owners that makes companies like yours flourish and provide you with the exposure that allows you to post success stories like this one. If you are truly committed to the community that has made your company so successful, then give my sons small business the chance to be equally successful by allowing him (Upper West Skates) the opportunity to feature your NB brand in his store. Thank you
