Don’t wait until the last minute, get your application in as soon as possible! · Tailor your resume - Highlight your analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. Show off both your technical and PM experience. ·Start preparing early - I began prepping even before receiving the interview invite and trust me it made a huge difference. · Nail the Application Questions - Meta typically asks 3-4 questions in the application. Make sure your answers are concise, on-point, and draw from your personal experiences. Think like a PM when answering them. ·Don’t Skip the Cover Letter - I always recommend adding one.
