Yesterday, SHV Energy proudly contributed to a roundtable discussion as part of SHV’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Week. Featuring voices from across the SHV family of companies, the roundtable is one of several activities organised to promote employee awareness, engagement and education on this important topic. More than one thousand SHV colleagues from across the globe took part to learn more about the benefits of embracing diversity beyond boundaries. Our thanks to neuroscientist, Dr. Marcia Goddard, for sharing her expert insights into the importance of recognising and appreciating the unique contributions of every person, and the steps that we as individuals can take to actively foster an environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
