THIS is the reason that Peloton hasn't ~completely~ failed... We all know Peloton has had some serious brand struggles. The company shares are dirt cheap. I haven't seen a positive headline about them in ages. And please let's not forget the unfortunate SATC cameo ft. Mr. Big. Tough. But they're still kicking. And here's why: Personal. Branding. As a Peloton user, the instructors are the only reason I keep coming back. Instructors have created their own communities and personal hashtags. Their personal brands create and grow the 'Peloton Community'. THEY are what makes the brand special. Now, who's to say how long the company can survive... But I fully believe that Peloton is still here because they allow employees to: ✨ Thrive and engage with the community in their own unique ways ✨ At the end of the day, people buy from people. Not brands. Am I crazy? Or is there something else keeping them afloat?

In this 20-day journey so far in 2024, there were moments I questioned the need to pedal, but every single day, I showed up. Last weekend, I had the chance on sharing one of my favorite activities with my kids: running. We ran a 5k race, as a family, my kids had a blast and pushing their limits to complete the course non-stop. Race was organized by Lego and part of the excitement was to build the medal with Legos + kids received a Lego kit. 🏆 I was a proud mom running at their side, encouraging them and setting the pace, but as well, I discovered a few things:  🏃🏻♀️Leave them to set their own pace. My youngest never complained if we were going too fast, she was holding it… my oldest, I left him set the pace on the last 2kms and he did it amazing, finishing on a sprint.  I should hold them less and let them discover their own pace. 💡Let their ideas flow.  Even we all had the same pieces to build our medal, there was no instructions to follow; we all build them differently and each one expressed its own personality. 💝Create memories. They’ve been talking about the race to everybody, their classmates, their teachers, neighbors; they’re so proud on what they did, and I know its something they’ll never forget. Taking time with the ones we care about is important, time is a treasure, and we shouldn’t take it for granted. All above applies on the workday as well, as leaders, we should let our team to imagine, to create, set the initial pace but allow them to create their own to accomplish the goals we have. Let their ideas flow, give them the tools, the materials but let them to input their own personality and creativity to shine. And create memories, we all want to be part of something, even within the virtual world, we can put efforts on creating a sense of belonging. #family #proudmom #leadership #learning #team #womeninlogistics

There is nothing like genuine recognition! When a "hello" becomes so much more... We are all aware of how contagious a smile can be 😊 Ever noticed how runners, cylists, bus drivers...greet one another? They don't necessarily know each other, however the sense of belonging to 'the' tribe is enough for people to acknowledge one another! When I run... fellow runners (strangers) wave 👋 at me and I smile and wave back. It is like wearing an invisible badge! We belong to so many tribes... Females Mothers Coaches Runners Doesn't it feel good to belong? It is after all one of our human needs ♥ Today, I was greeted with a "hello", a smile and a hand on heart gesture. No other tribe, other than the 'human being' one. ❤ It made me feel so special. It felt so genuine and set me up for the day, so I want to share it with you all, hoping that it will catch on and make lots of you feel great... When I started Kitty and Vibe in 2018, I wanted to fix the anxiety-inducing experience of swimsuit shopping. My motivating questions: Could I make swimsuit shopping *actually fun? Could I create a brand where everyone felt included, beautiful, and confident? So, I set out to create: Inclusive sizing for every booty  Prints (aka vibes) for every taste Real customers as models vs. airbrushed fakeness Confidence-boosting playlists to go with each order All the things I was looking for in my swimsuit try-on experience. To this day, one of my favorite parts of my job is getting letters from customers sharing the ways their try-on experience made them feel confident and beautiful. Operation “Make it more fun,” continues to this day and drives how we think about innovation and customer experience here at Kitty and Vibe. What drives you?
