According to Wipro, the GenAI platform, powered by their Smart Operations platform and HPE Machine Learning Development Environment, aims to achieve remarkable outcomes. The company said field testing has indicated a potential 50% reduction in Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) for GenAI applications, a 30% decrease in incident inflow, improved Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and reduced process cycle time to drive ongoing operational excellence. Wipro highlighted that industries dependent on customer service, IT support, and operations—such as financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing, stand to gain substantial benefits from this collaboration.

Tata Consultancy Services has launched TCS AI WisdomNext, a platform designed to accelerate the adoption of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI). This platform aggregates multiple GenAI services into a single interface, enabling firms to rapidly implement next-gen technologies and reduce costs. It facilitates real-time experimentation across vendors and open-source large language models (LLMs), removing barriers for customers to develop and deploy business solutions. "GenAI, the new kid on the technology block, is now combining with AI to deliver substantial benefits. While understanding and experimenting with this technology will continue, scaling will take time," said Harrick Vin, TCS CTO, at the platform launch.
