What I'm reading now: "Radical Respect: How to Work Together Better," by Kim Scott, provides a roadmap for creating a culture where *everyone* can do the best work of their lives. Kim's first book, "Radical Candor," contains some of the best advice ever on how to become a great manager. This one is kind of a sequel and focuses on building an inclusive, respectful work culture. **Open and honest communication is the ONLY communication in my book.** We all have intuition and it’s always right, so trust it. Our hearts are far wiser than our monkey minds (and more immune to conditioning or patterning too). As a comms person, I am not a spin doctor; I’m in the “people business”. People sense spin a mile off — as they should! Good communication will always convey as much as can be openly messaged at that time, in a straight up way that’s in tune with the company culture and context. #goodcomms #heartcentered
