However, concerns about privacy and data protection are rising. NOYB filed complaints with 11 national privacy regulators, claiming Meta's lack of valid legal basis under GDPR. The "My Controls" section in Openli accounts is now packed with default questions for Privacy, Security, and AI controls to get you started. The best part? You can customize these questions to suit your needs! Here’s how it works: 1️⃣ Privacy Questions: Find them at the top right of each vendor profile under "Your Controls and Assessments." 2️⃣ Security Questions: Look in the "Security Information and Certifications" sub-section. Click "Manage," then "Your Controls and Assessments." 3️⃣ AI Risk Assessments: These are in the "AI - Artificial Intelligence" sub-section. Click "Manage," then "Your Controls and Assessments." These tools will help you evaluate your vendors' compliance and get a better grasp on your own controls.
