Hi Octopus team, I really like what you do in general but I've been struggling for hours to sign up to your Intelligent Go tariffs for EVs. Your app isn't working and your customer service keeps trying to troubleshoot my side (my phone, my car) instead of your own interface. It's a little bit (though very little) like the Post Office saga where customer service would gaslight people into believing that they were the problem -- thus providing no service at all. As I said, I really like you in general, but this is not cool and I hope you fix the problem so you do what you say you do -- which is enable cleaner, electric mobility.
I'll be honest, I don’t meet many people in my circle who are concerned about zero emissions—it’s more about how much it’s going to cost. I do drive fully electric, but that’s for the silence and the price!
BEV’s according to a significant IEEE report do not necessarily reduce CO2 emissions and on the contrary, they are catastrophic for world ecosystems!

1moI have had a ridiculous experience trying to get a nearly new vehicle. thinking it would be here quicker !! what a joke - wrong car ordered/rectified - car gone missing in the garage - sales back in contact - numerous errors 1st wrong colour, then wrong mileage - going to honour the quote but then try and up it - then try and get me to commit to a 4 year lease..... - still waiting for a supervisor to call me ! It has now been confirmed after 2 months there was an error and countless emails of me chasing it around. I have wasted so much time on this, still no car, still no solution
