👨👩👧👧 I worked in the disability sector and I still remember the mums and dads who do everything to give a better life to their children. 💪 I worked in the refugee/multicultural sector and I still remember the incredible odds refugees had to face to make a better life. 💡 I worked on the IBM Centennial and I still remember the story of the person who invented the Ctrl+Alt+Del command and the invention of the bubble wrap. This makes me reflect on how privileged I am to have been able to tell these stories, and how those stories stick, create connections and engagement. How those stories are such a powerful way of sharing the purpose of organisations, no matter if they are big corporations, government agencies or non-government organisations. The power of #storytelling is there, it only needs to be unleashed. PH: children in a rural school in the Eastern Cape province in South Africa. This event was a significant milestone in promoting youth engagement in civil society and international relations. Key discussions included: - Collaborations with French, Greek, and Cypriot governments to launch a new global youth policy, fostering skill development and civic education. - Round table discussions focused on enhancing youth engagement. - Brainstorming sessions aimed at creating pilot Civic Service projects.
