This week marks Nuuly's 5th anniversary. What a fun and wild ride it has been. It has been such a joy to build this brand with the most amazing team and to hear customers' feedback - how Nuuly lessens their consumption, how Nuuly builds their confidence as they discover (or rediscover) their personal style, and how obsessed they are with our customer service. I have renting from Nuuly since 2021. I jump on the app EVERY SINGLE DAY since I joined because I don’t want to fall behind in the latest drops and add items to my closet. Access to clothes I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to afford, is an opportunity that is invaluable. I love clothes. I love fashion. I love the ability to explore, discover, expand and experiment on my own style. Clothes are my love language and a door for creativity. Love sharing Nuuly with others and sharing how I use within my business. I've been seeing the billboards all over Los Angeles and LOVE! I've rented from NUULY since pre-pandemic in Jan 2020! I love it as a way to wear pieces that I don't need to keep long-term, and I've even ended up buying some pieces that I fell in love with and just couldn't let go of (love that option). I even found some amazing vintage pieces back when you did vintage for a bit! I'm thrilled to see the sustainability of renting becoming more mainstream with everyday pieces.
