Be Kind, Stay Focused

I wish I had had coworkers who approached it this way. Everyone was out for themselves when I worked there, didn’t prioritize the back making it harder for everyone to do their jobs on the floor. They just wanted the big fish and because I was new I didn’t deserve those big fish. I was asked to come back by my previous managers multiple times but not sure if I’ll ever be ready for that type of environment again.
