Hi, I'm destiny Castro, I am the manager of customer relationship management here at New York City football club, a part of city football group. I help answer the question why and understand why our fans like what they like and help to generate revenue for the club. New York City football club is the US club for city football group we are located in midtown Manhattan but we currently play out of Yankee Stadium and city fields. I am a New York City girl through and through I grew up in Brooklyn, NY to a huge sporting. Family When the club came back in 2015, I was super excited just to have a team here in New York that truly represents the city and my home. When I got the opportunity to start working here in 2019, I was even more excited to know that the internal culture of the club matched that of New York City. It's nice to have a team that really understands the diverse dynamic of the city and represents me. My favorite thing about the club is how much we give back to the community and how much we do with the community. I am the community. This is my home, this is where I grew up. Giving back is a part of who I am at the core, so working for an organization that does the exact same thing is really thrilling and exhilarating. I love that the fans, we all look different. We all speak different languages, have different walks of life, but we all come together for NYCFC in the sport itself. I think the company allows us to shove and be unapologetically ourselves every single day. I get to show up as me and be that loud, energetic, super exciting person who. Always has a question and always wants to learn and figure out what's the next step and how we can be better. But then if you don't necessarily have that, but you're more creative and you have all these really cool ideas, you can put pen to paper and bring up that idea. We are open to all questions and we're open to all ideas. No ideas to small or big. So I would say here, skys the limit. We get to come in and be ourselves and really express ourselves in different ways and then we come together and then the world sees what we put out there.
