In early 2024, New York City FC chose 10 high potential employees to be part of the inaugural Future Leaders Program. Over the course of the year, they will be provided with developmental tools, opportunities, and resources to prepare them for higher levels of responsibility within the Club. In May, they traveled to Manchester City Football Club for an experiential learning opportunity, meeting with their counterparts to exchange best practices between Manchester and New York City.

Such a great program! Inspirational level of support and cross-pollinating. Can’t wait to see if the Manchester FC folks come over once the NYCFC stadium and program support buildings are wrapped up!
