In some ways the ICJ’s ruling is akin to your boss agreeing that a colleague is a bully and causing real harm to their peers, making the workplace toxic (no pun intended), but can’t be fired because they are a high revenue generator for the company. And asking the bully to be somewhat nicer, with no ability to enforce that request. Recognizing harms is important, but without consequences and enforcement we don’t change the material realities of people who are negatively impact. Please keep organizing for 🍉
