I wanna start saying I’ve never posted on here before and never thought I would. But I feel as though taking the opportunity while I have one is a must. I’ve been working with the company AWP Safety for close to two years. As you know life is hard, it’s never known if tomorrow will be a good day or a bad one. Ups and downs come quicker then we can be prepared for. Life can easily throw obstinacies at us testing out abilities to over come and adapt. It’s important to me that I share my so far experience here at AWP therefore people looking into joining this company can possibly have an easier time making a decision. My background starting from a chips had not been one to leave me on a road to success. For some that’s just the way it is. When I filed the application out I was in a spot I needed to hurry and find a job, but left with out many options. At of places don’t encourage people like myself for employment. In my opinion they assume we won’t be the “Perfect Employee” there looking for. AWP on the other hand consider themselves to be a second chance for those like myself. I didn’t find myself to be thrilled about the job in the beginning, and never would have thought I’d still be here today. Just didn’t seem as if it be my type of work. Standing here today, I just want to make it very clear I was wrong. I became the one quick to assume, thanks to my co-workers, along with management and below I was encouraged to stick it out every time I got I became down. When then obstacles have been thrown in front of me, it’s been AWP and the team behind me to help me up. I can’t be more proud of telling people about where I work, and what this company stands for. As everything else in this world, there are ups and downs. Not every day is the best of days, you don’t always get along with everyone, and your not always set up to be happy. But never have I been put down, never have I came to the office with an issue that couldn’t be resolved, never have I felt as though I wasn’t valuable, nor had a back turned to me. I can’t promise that everyone will agree with me, or that everyone will share my same experience. All I can say is that honesty and communication is what I believe has helped along my journey here. Being open minded, and taking serious our job in safety is the road to success here. We are who created the path in front of us, it’s the decisions we make lay the bricks we walk on. So this is just my way of trying to help those questioning if they should join or not, as well as hoping that everyone who works for AWP sees that I’m thankful for each and every soul who wakes up and comes to keep AWP alive as a business. Because without each and every person, from top to bottom, there wouldn’t be a place of employment for people like myself. Do again to all of those at AWP SAFETY, thank you for giving me a second chance. To the my home office, co-workers, and management, ❤️ all!

Yes , I am a quitter!! . . “Yaar Vanshika , ab kya quit kar dia tune?” That which was not meant for me , in which I was not getting any learnings , in which I was only and only wasting time with no exposure . “Saaf saaf bol na yaar” Okay , so one must have that courage and daring power to quit something that you find is wasting your time , energy and you are not getting anything! “Just like kabhi kabhi log koi acha khasa course jese CA and CS quit kar dete hai , wese hi na?” See , there are many types of quitters Ab aap konse ho , only you know! ·      Those people who quit when they can’t handle a course / job or even internship ·      Those who quit when they find something new that interests them! ·      Those who quit when their friends / fav colleague quit ·      Those who quit because of family pressure ·      Those who quit because they want to explore ·      Those who quit because of too much load of that particular job / course (aur bhi baaki hoto then me in comments below) This society has made this “QUITTING” thing in such a negative way , That even if the phase of after quitting will be good for us na , Then also we will take it as a bad one only!!   Remember , To quit something That is not meant for you , Take a lot more courage!
