Most people who know anything about Project 2025 are against what it states that the far right wants to do in the US and no matter what he says, Trump is all in on the Project. Having stated this, this project will probably affect white people in the US far less than anyone who is not white. The Non-White population of the US needs to understand that if Trump and the Republicans get into office they will implement this project as soon as they can. This article addresses the black community but everyone in the US needs to understand what this project is and how this project will lead the US into a 1930s Nazi style government in the US. For those who will be in the Vineyard mid-August, please join this conversation hosted by the The African American Policy Forum about attacks on Black women In the Bullseye of Backlash: Anti-Wokeness and the Attack on Black Women Union Chapel, Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard Mon, Aug. 12 @ 5p ET In March earlier this year AAPF convened an urgent panel as part of our Her Dream Deferred series to bring together Black women from a variety of sectors to sound the alarm about Black women’s vulnerability to these attacks in the war on woke and discuss how we should see the long-term efforts to undermine Black women’s place in society as part of a larger assault on civil rights and democracy. Since that conversation the continued attack on Black women in universities, politics and businesses has continued unabated. The storm that has been created by the demonization of DEI, rollback of affirmative action, state-sanctioned violence and backlash against racial justice has found Black women at the center. This urgent panel will bring together eminent Black women scholars, activists and thinkers who will draw from the long tradition of Black women’s resistance to not only make sense of these intersectional attacks but outline the necessary steps to defend Black women and our communities. -------

5 takeaways for Black America from President Biden's State of the Union.

The catastrophic failure of Black leadership to mount a cohesive, powerful voting bloc isn’t just a temporary setback – it’s a potential death knell for meaningful Black and Brown representation at every level of government. While we flounder in disunity, groups like the Teach NY Coalition provide a masterclass in political mobilization, wielding their community’s votes like a precision weapon. Let’s be crystal clear: this isn’t about begrudging their success. They’ve got no qualms about being unapologetically pro-Israel while we tie ourselves in knots trying to avoid being labeled “too pro-Black.” This paralysis is political suicide. Every election where we fail to show up en masse pushes us further to the margins, ceding ground to those who’ll gleefully craft policies that ignore or actively harm our communities.

    Black people (Hispanic and Latinos) and NY need to wake up to what is said about them when they are not around and sometimes in the media. These things are not slip-ups all the time. It's embarrassing that people would vote for people who think so low of them.              “Right now, we have young Black kids growing up in the Bronx who don’t even know what the word computer is. They don’t know, they don’t know these things,” Hochul said while on stage at the Milken Institute Global Conference. Biden said   "Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids' Lyndon Johnson purportedly said, “I’ll have them n****rs voting Democrat for 200 years.” "There's no question that Lyndon Johnson, despite championing the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964 and signing it into law, was also a sometimes racist and notorious vulgarian who rarely shied away from using the N-word in private. For example, he reportedly referred to the Civil Rights Act of 1957 as the "n***ger bill" in more than one private phone conversation with Senate colleagues.
