They say summer is the “slow” time for hiring. I’m not sure that’s always true but if it is… And you’re serious about hiring while others are on vacation, then you’ll win talent. If you’re more active with your job search while others are on vacation, then you’ll win the job. Use this to your advantage. While others slow down, you speed up! #hiring #jobsearch

When I ran an agency the slowest months of the year for placements were December followed by August. When on the corporate side the number of positions did not change but it was definitely harder to schedule interviews.
