How to order wine at a restaurant Ordering wine at a restaurant can be a daunting task for some people, but it can be a fun and enjoyable experience. Here are some steps you can follow to order wine at a restaurant: 1️⃣ Don't let the price tag deter you. Focus on the wine's characteristics and how it complements your food, rather than its cost. 2️⃣ Select wines that pairs with a variety of dishes if you're dining with a group, enhancing the overall dining experience. 3️⃣Remember, it's about the experience and discovery, not the perfection of your pronunciation. Additional tip: At restaurants with quality wine service, they may present the bottle and pour a small taste for your approval, take a sip to ensure the wine isn't flawed, simply nod and approve if it's to your liking. Let me introduce you the Brazilian cuisine “SECRET WEAPON” : Alcatra is a special cut of top sirloin. Large, long, and lean, this steak is prized for its succulence and a hearty beef flavor. The cut is often used for churrasco, the traditional Brazilian barbecue method. Alcatra is one of the largest cuts that's served as a part of churrasco. It should be perfectly seasoned with salt, then grilled with a layer of fat until most of it melts away, and the remaining fat becomes crispy. As fun as it is to look forward to 2024, we all likely spend some time reflecting on 2023. What was great? What could have been better? What did we learn? Well at Savor we’re pretty focused on food. What did we eat a lot of? What do we wish we’d eaten a lot of? What did we eat in '23 that we want to eat in '24? Our minds can be a little one-track sometimes. Flavor is kind of important to us. According to Restaurant Hospitality, oldies but goodies were popular in '23. Chef Don predicts that trend will continue in 2024.
