COMMON BREAK 100-90-80 ERRORS: Chipping - These three common errors significantly impact scrambling. 1. CHOOSING THE CLUB FIRST Choosing the club first means you lose the ability to select the landing area. The club is going to dictate where you need to land the ball. 2. NOT SELECTING A LANDING AREA Many golfers don't even pick a landing area. They choose their club before assessing the shot. They look at the flag and swing without acknowledging where the ball needs to land to finish at the hole. 3. OVERUSING THE 60º OR SAND WEDGE While it is important to chip with all of your clubs, you need two primary chip shots: one with more roll and one with less roll. The 60º or sand wedge works for one of those shots, but you also need to use a 9-iron or similar for 'chip and run' shots. #mikebury #mikeburygolf #golf #golflife #golfcourse #golfstagram #golftips #golfswing #golfing #golfaddict #break100 #break90 #break80 #breakpar #breakboundaries #breakingbury
