horrible experience as a company. I hired the verification, I sent them my personal identification card and then I sent them a video of me. 2 days later they blocked my Facebook. I have had a profile for more than 10 years and this company does not want to return it to me. They are scammers.
Meta should take action against fake Facebook accounts. These fraudulent accounts often use pictures of people you are already friends with on Facebook. They create fake profiles and send friend requests. Despite being a prestigious company, Meta seems unable to address this issue. My personal Facebook was hacked and disabled. This happened almost two months ago, despite numerous e-mails and calls. No responce from Meta! This went along with my business page and I’ve now had the loss of this page with it. Written 620 e-mails and spent over 65 hours on the phone. I have paper evidence and evidence from my phone company with all details of correspondence. I have a business to run, I have bills to pay, I have a family to provide and support for. I require my personal Facebook, business Facebook page to run my business and communicate with family. I’ve had no customer support, despite hundreds of calls and messages! I truly am disheartened how I’ve been treated in this situation, this was not my fault at all, hacker passed my authentication. Facebook should be looking into this situation, quite frankly, they do not care about us small businesses in the United Kingdom. Here is recent newspaper regarding the situation, they did not respond to news team either. I have been approached by several reporters regarding this information and the future of myself in hospitality.
