OK, So what spin I have 5 beautiful I think I enjoy most about teaching is the energy that is shared amongst the people. I love having that feedback, joking around, being a little bit silly. The glutes are glutting. And that queer and nonbinary fitness facilitator and the founder of a body inclusive movement community for LGBTQ plus folks known as Free to Move. Free to move started with an accident. I was mountain biking in Sedona. I went over my handlebars head first into a beautiful red rock and as a result had a brain injury. At first I didn't realize how life changing it would be. I was trying to use movement to help take care of myself, to help heal my brain, to help my mental health at the time. I was sharing my story on Instagram and found there were so many people who related or could see themselves in what I was sharing. People who didn't feel comfortable at the gym or who had chronic illness or injuries and didn't know how to make movement or fitness work for them. We have a lot of people who live in smaller towns and cities and especially finding somewhere that's safe and comfortable and accepting for LGBTQ plus folks. I think that's the number one biggest thing. Nice to see you. I wanted to build community. I think that's been a thread through so many things I've done in my life because I felt like an outsider. Oh, I love how In Sync we are. We are one. The feedback from the chronic illness community and. LGBTQ plus community has been really strong, super supportive, good. Just to think, this little thing just existed in my brain before and now people care about it and rest and are willing to dedicate time and energy and resources towards making it a great place. Thank you.

My account em5304_ is following the rules yet you are still trying to silence my comments while you Meta let people with s*x content have accounts and don't suspend their accounts Meta. I hope that your company be non-existent in the future Meta you have ruined Freedom of Speech for everyone and ruined innocent young minds by having s*x content still be alive on Instagram.
