Hey interns! Summer is all about growth — what's one thing you've learned in your internship so far? We want to know!
So do you have a plan for Facebook to start providing customer support? Can I have a job in Meta as an intern to help it become a company that bases its decisions on common sense? Also Facebook needs an update to make it more user friendly. It hardly meets that standard and there're multiple things that could be changed so that it does so.

Being open minded to new softwares and people perspectives
Meta could you imagine 15 years of memories/friends/ contacts/ moments and thousands of hours online to create personal account/ business account/ fan pages/ group and you lose all that without knowing the reason!! And you try to contact the platform that you trusted to get help but during more than 3 months there’s no response! Do you think in this situation you can think in summer? Do you let people losing they accounts and don’t get technical assistance for they created new accounts and appear as FACEBOOK have more users! It’s a shame!! Did you learned something from what i just said??
From big pharma experience the brightest interns from MIT or IVY Leagues never end up getting hired may be they reach wrong channels of hiring management. Pretty sure one to be an exemplar human being and highly recommended to be hired directly from internship to full time at FAANG or the Magnificent 7.
As a SWE Intern on the Redex team under PL and Runtime optimizations, I have learned a lot about the work flow at Meta, how to work with my team effectively, and how runtime optimizations work!
You need to be doing more for people with hacked accounts. So many people being affected and you are just not doing enough about it.

I'd like to grow. And get my fb account back. You people love to use AI for suspensions and bans but can't figure out when things are obviously a scam/hacker?
