Dear Meta Representative, First when I use my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Android Smartphone and try to follow back a user who originally followed me first, I received this message " We limit how often you can you certain things on Instagram like follow people, to protect our community. Following back Instagram users who originally followed me first in no way harms the Instagram community. Limiting how often Instagram users can follow back other Instagram users who originally followed then first makes Instagram un user friendly, and makes for a negative Instagram experience. To make Instagram more user friendly and to give Instagram users a more positive experience please allow Instagram users unlimited following back of other Instagram users who originally followed them first. Second when I try to follow back other Instagram users who originally followed me first on my laptop or desktop computed it fails to load. Please fix this technical problem, and allow for unlimited following back other Instagram users who originally followed me first when I use my laptop and desk top computer. Have a great day.

All this investment in AI instead of customer service to your users and customers. I have had issues with my Facebook account as well ad accounts when hackers infiltrated them 2 months ago. To this day, it is not resolved and nobody is willing to help me or come back to my queries. It's affecting my ability to advertise my business and is causing great anxiety and stress. And it seems I am not alone in this experience.
