It wasn't about the 💰 it was about the right thing to do for #healthcare and #patients. 🔎 Contrary to popular belief that #patients will register on an app if endorsed by a #hcp, the reality for #pkb is patient activation increased significantly when patients were offered the choice directly. 🔎 Their focus on how to make life easier for the #NHS is constant. They are more than a technology solution provider; they are a partner who is constantly evaluating what else they need to do to support the change and implementation. It isn't actually about the tech! 🔎 #pkb is in this for the long term - they always have been. “Good Things Happen To Good People” & like always I am glad to be a party this wonderful association. Last couple of days have been very hectic not because of the kind of work loads the team have been constantly managing but also because they have stayed “CALM & COMPOSED” & listening with intent, to the needs of all of those who have been party to the conception, planning and execution of every event that is being delivered from MultiTV’s BeLive Live Streaming platform. Today too was one such day, which started from 5:30 am and went on unto 12:00 noon. Everything about this event was meticulously planned by both the respective teams. The final outcome was bound to be really fabulous for all of those who watched it “LIVE”. Even the minutest of insights were taken care of. Well in the end this one turned out to be by far one of the best deliveries by the team in the least possible time available. Both the “CLIENT & MultiTV” teams were very clear on what they wanted to deliver in today's event & hence went about doing everything as per the set pieces right up to the the last move. Adding up to the icing on today’s cake was the “ALL THE BEST” call out given by the participants and presenters right before the event began, to the heart felt “GOOD JOB DONE” messages & congratulatory wishes with a pat on the back to the delivery team after the event conclusion. “WONDERFUL” insights from the client team such as prompt coordination, excellent technical management, good logistics support and planning and a smooth execution of audio, video & script, you know that you have lived up to the expectations and are in a happy place for now. While MultiTV continues to do what they are known for, it is also nice to be in a good space through getting good remarks from “CLIENTS” teams as they act as shots of encouragement for the team to keep performing better over the last & adding to new feathers of growth in our “LIVE STREAMING & BROADCASTING” business.
