I would add one more element, which might be implied in the second point but often gets overlooked: defining a company culture that supports strategy execution and delivery. Company culture and behaviors are frequently just buzzwords found on a company’s website, rather than being genuinely integrated into the organization. It is crucial to establish and nurture a culture that actively promotes and facilitates the execution of companies strategic goals. Effort required to make it happen may be more significant than any other elements which will enable achieving company targets.
