A new executive has joined the ranks…. A big welcome to Mark Hogan who has joined the Carvertise Leadership Team as Vice President of Sales, where he will be responsible for building out our sales teams across the country, and the accompanying training programs, coaching, and recruitment to support that. Mark is a true sales leader, successfully opening up the US, LatAm, and Canadian markets for Ionos. And before that spending 12 years rising through the ranks at Sungard, where he built a sales division of 50 sellers and 4 sales managers responsible for $250M annually. Mark - as humble as he is enthusiastic - credits the success he’s had in building sales organizations to 1. Building great teams, and 2. Fostering the right sales culture where sellers know what’s expected of them, are accountable, and are given growth opportunities We wholeheartedly agree, and align, with his approach and principles. BIG week in Tampa rolling out newest product line Branded Chauffeurs, alongside our longtime partners Visit Tampa Bay and Destinations International Branded Chauffeurs is an experiential marketing product, made for conferences, that facilitates the transportation of guests to-and-from events that are happening off-site, in fully wrapped luxury vehicles with interior branding. As I saw first hand, the energy and excitement around the product line launch was palpable, and it accomplished the original goal we envisioned: to create a truly one-of-a-kind, experiential marketing channel for brands who want to make a big splash at conferences Great job to our operations, client fulfillment, and design team, for making this become a reality!! #Marketing #Experiential #Activation

Keeping a Growth Mindset….a value that I believe to my core, and one that also lives strongly throughout our company One silver lining from 2020 was the start of our company book club, where every 2 months we read and discuss a book that our group finds interesting. As of late they category has been on personal and professional improvement - Super Communicators, Who Moved My Cheese, The Body Keeps Score, Atomic Habits - but we also veer heavily into Fiction and Historical Fiction. Making sure it is not just business related I believe is important! I have found it to be a tremendous way to deepen relationships within our team, while also continuously learning something new. These book clubs have become a special part of our culture that I cherish!
