Sitting is the new smoking - just because you think you can "out smart" it with how you sit and how much you work, when you work, where you work (I laugh at all the remotes in horrible seats "working") . . . . it's still killing you. I had read this quote somewhere where it said "Take a day off for yourself, otherwise your body will choose a day for you". In today's busy world, we often forget to prioritise ourselves and then wonder why am I not doing so well. We all need a break from everything every now and then. We need a physical rest, mental rest, emotional rest, spiritual rest and creative rest to function properly.
