I believe LinkedIn Premium would ensure your profile is X times more visible to recruiters and increases your access to get in. It's chargeable but offer you better services and reach. You are entitled to go through their various courses by industry experts and can earn an certificate in particular course as well. Trust me, to be more visible, effective and reachable at LinkedIn, it's not mandatory to go for premium. I suggest your articles should be noteworthy and resourceful, and this will help to get noticed by more and more connections which will make your profile more visible and active. LinkedIn

This is very insightful. One thing I would also note is that your career journey may change because at different times in your life, your priorities change and that's not a straight line either. Your career should align with those changing priorities and it's ok for the focus to go from learning new skills, to leading others, to driving individual contributions. It should be about what work fuels that happiness and finding the opportunity at that point in time that matches your interests and capabilities. It's not a one-way only drive.

One thing that completely changed the way I think about my career is the realization that nothing is linear, and nothing is forever. This has been both challenging and liberating. It taught me that career paths aren't always straightforward, and that change is a constant. The toughest moments often turn into the most rewarding experiences, offering invaluable lessons and growth. This understanding has helped me embrace uncertainty and see challenges as opportunities for transformation. Sometimes, the hardest things we work towards end up giving us the greatest gifts, shaping us in ways we never imagined.
